Great for stocking up on groceries! - Edit
I went here to do my shopping for breakfast and snack items. They have a huge variety of nut/seed milks, nuts, dried fruits etc. But, their mostly about herbs and supplements. So, a bit limited in it's function as a "one stop shop" if you're looking for fruits etc.
Read morePros: Good for non dairy milks and bread, Genuine and serious about business, City center location
Cons: Hard to find parking nearby, No fresh veggies or fruit
