Demonstrating whole food plant based

The commercial kitchen in the store is being utilized for cooking demonstrations, including whole food plant based by Becki Lee Timson and Barbara Smith, facilitated by Jennyfer Berg. Check the website schedule.

They have many vegan and vegetarian staples here. This is a great health foods store. Produce, beauty, Healthcare, and just about everything else.
