Good but expensive

We went there on a Saturday which is always super crowded. Yet we still quickly got a seat. They have about 6 or so mini tables for 2 people at the wall. Please be aware that this is inside a market hall with tons of people. So everything is pretty crowded.

They have several salads to choose from and they all look amazing. We ordered a mixed salad which has 5 of them, hummus and some bread. Being asked whether everything was vegan the lady at the stall took her time to go over each salad (good), but kept saying things are not vegan because they contain wheat. So the understanding of a vegan diet is not very high (at least with the people in the stall). Contrary to the description here on happycow, none of the dishes were labeled vegan.
As far as I could see they only offer vegetarian food though and the salads all don't look like they contain cream etc. We had an avocado, bulgur, beetroot, bean and mango salad. Especially the bulgur was great!

The salad mix was on a medium sized plate for 12,50Euro. I consider this very expensive. Then again nothing at Kleinmarkthalle is really cheap.

If you have trouble finding this place: It is part of (but not associated with) the "Lebe Gesund" stall in the north-west of the hall.
A word of warning: There are a LOT of butchers in the Kleinmarkthalle. So be aware of that if you are sensitive to this. At least when eating you are not bothered with any of those sights. Just have to get past them.

Pros: Tasty, Variety

Cons: Very expensive, Loud crowds around you, Lots of non-vegan places (butchers) in the hall
