I found this place by accident while visiting Nashville. There are several vegan spots inside and lots of locally-made goods! I highly recommend the hummus crepes!! So delicious

Great place to go for lunch time - Edit
One part of this place has a bunch of restaurants inside. Many of them had plant based options. In addition the market area was in an outside portion with good shade. There was also a vegan food truck there the day I went.
