It says Sunday open 8 am -6 pm. It is open per the app. But it is closed.

Their website says it is "temporarily closed due to maintenance". So I do not think they deserve only 1 star for that. And remember that HappyCow is community based and updated by anyone using it. Each business is not in charge of their page on happycow.

Of course. The app said it is open. Technically ratings should include a not applicable options. Likert-5 scale recommends such options. When such options are unavailable, it is better not to inflate the rating. That is why I included a note. It is not a reflection of food or service quality. How can we get the app to include such n/a option?

Syrups made in-house - Edit
Nice to have a coffee shop in Mercato again- and the house made syrups are great! They carry Greenbites if you want something sweet and there is one vegan salad available. Also, everyone working is very friendly.
