Restaurant opened 2017 serving fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies with soy milk, soy burger, wraps, hummus with carrots, chocolate pudding dessert. All vegan except for honey. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-7:00pm.

Napas

A beautiful little spot to relax in the middle of the dessert. Pica is known as the "oasis in the dessert" and Napas very much fits that vibe. The folks who run the place are very friendly and bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) so ordering is no problem for new comers.
In terms of their vegan food options, they offer a classic soy burger, vegan wraps (includes hummus, guacamole, black beans, corn, tomato, etc), vegan chocolate pudding, sandwich, and other breakfast/lunch options. They also sell juices with veggies and fruits as well as smoothies which are only mixes with soy milk.
Honestly, I was very impressed by this little hole in the wall restaurant. In northern chile, the culture of food is lathered in cow meat, chicken, fish, French fries, and more. Not only is Napas a vegan/vegetarian friendly restaurant, they genuinely are trying to improve the health of the surrounding community by providing healthy alternatives.
If anyone is passing through Pica, Napas is a must to visit.
