Another great bakery in Osaka

Osaka seems to be the best place for all vegan sweet treats and Nanahako didn’t disappoint. After visiting Osaka castle we headed to Nanahako would highly recommend, great cakes.

Order: vegan peach sponge, apple tarte tatin, vegan mont blanc

Delicious Cakes! 5☆

Both the Mont Blanc and the marron cake were huge and sweet and filling! I didn't expect that flavour to be a vegan dessert.. so Tasty!
The carrotcake had a sour cream on top and tasted decent.

You can pay with creditcard and the staff is friendly.
Its a bit pricey.

Pros: Tasty

Cons: Expensive

Fancy and yummy baked goods

Sadly we got there too early and they didn't had yet many things available but both the matcha and the mille-feuille we had were fantastic, so delicate both in taste and presentation!

Japan is truly in another level for desserts and sweets, they are never too sugary and teeth hurting sweet as their western counterparts!

An absolute treat

Pros: French style baked goods

Cons: Sold out fast, Not all options available when shop opens

How did I not know this sooner?

My friend told me about this just a couple of weeks ago, and now I want to go every day. I love Mont Blanc cakes and theirs is amazing.

From what I understand, everything is vegan.

Amazing place. Finally I tried the famous japanese cake!

The place is tiny but it has a lot of vegan options (they told me all the cakes in the showcase). I have been trying to get the famous japanese cream-strawberry cake for years. It was good! It wasn't too flavorful maybe because I think they use natural and raw ingredients (but maybe the original tastes the same. A little bit expensive but I think that is always the case with sweets.

Pros: A lot of vegan options (maybe everything?) , Famous cream-strawberry cake!

Cons: A little bit expensive (as usual)

Nice little stop

Decent stop if in the area and in the mood for a slice of cake. I believe we had a tiramisu cake and a taro cake - they were good!

Loved the matcha cake

I bought the matcha cake and lemon pound cake, both were wonderful but the cake seemed a little dry.

Rec: Pear Tart

I missed vegan cake so much! It is kind of expensive (around 400 yen for a small piece), but it is worth it if you have a craving. When I was there, they had a chocolate cream roll, a matcha cream roll and a pear tart. Everything’s clearly labeled as vegan.

Delicious desserts!

I tried the chocolate layered cake and the raspberry tart. Both were amazing - not dry and full of flavor! We are buying more to go!

Nice Vegan Cakes

I recently stopped here for the first time and tried their chocolate raspberry cake. Although it was a little richer than what I wanted, the flavours were lovely. I've also tried their cookies several times, as they're also sold at other locations in the city.

Pros: Vegan

Lovely sweets

I haven't tried ordering from them, but popped into their tiny tiny shop. It was a bit hard to find on the first try. The selection of cakes was not bad, but I guess for more variety one should order in advance. They have a beautiful and informative website that is good to refer to. The only thing they could improve could be getting a table or two in front of the shop for customers to be able to enjoy the sweets straight away. They packed everything very nicely for me to take the sweets home anyway, but I'd suggest only visiting them if you are in the area. Otherwise - order.

Pros: The sweets are amazingly tasty. , Nice variety., Informative website.

Cons: Location of the shop and it's size.

The chocolate avocado is insane!

I had their chocolate avocado cake (vegan, and partially raw vegan) for my birthday and wow! it was so delicious!

I have not made it to the shop but they do delivery as well.
Can't wait to try their other sweets!

Pros: delicious cakes

Cons: away from me..., not all vegan
