we had a nice dinner here. ordered 3 smaller plates to share between the two of us plus rice and naan.
Read moreunfortunately, we didn't get the rice we ordered as we were told when the food arrived that it wasn't possible to prepare it vegan (even though on the vegan menu) which was a little disappointing. would have been nice to know before so we could decide if we wanted plain rice (which we got) or if there was any other option.
food itself was good and plenty for the two of us.
happy to see that the naan is vegan :)

So nice to find somewhere serving vegan naan, which was a perfect accompaniment to the perfectly spiced dishes. Loved the small plates, ate far too much because it all sounded so good!

I had vegan aubergine bharta, saag, and mushrooms basmati rice. All dishes were delicious with good level of spices. The complimentary popadom and dippings were very flavourful too!

Fantastic vegan friendly indian - Edit
Have both eaten in and had takeaway from here and both have been very good. They have a separate vegan menu available on request so no guessing or asking about ghee in every single dish. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Food is delicious. I would recommend the aubergine Bharta and the mutter pilau.

The waiter was friendly and understood what bèing vegan means. He brought the vegan menu and a sheet showing all allergens. He clearly understood what we wanted.

The fact they have a separate vegan menu made ordering so easy.
