Decent options - Edit
Several options for vegans and very tasty, too. Seems to be the only option in Chania if you fancy a curry. Friendly service.

Meh - Edit
It was just ok, curry was mainly sauce and staff are quite unbothered about service. Wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered through Wolt. We god the chickpea dhal, some rice, potatoes and some absolutely tasty fritters. We’ll definitely order again from here.

Nice dinner on outdoor terrace - Edit
The food was tasty and the staff friendly and helpful, but the vegan choices were very limited: we ended up eating a lot of rice.

Typical date night restaurant - Edit
Lovely place with good food, vegan options available. Be careful with your choice of spicy if you're weak for that!

Good vegetarian options - Edit
Nice food not amazing but nice. We had a curry each, garlic naan bread each and one vegatable rice between us. And to drink bottle water and 1 house .5l red wine. Altogether €28. Very nice staff not waiting long for food.

A true indian experience - Edit
The staff was super nice and attentive. Lots of vegetarian options. I had the shahi paneer which was amazing. They ask you how spicy you like your food, if you're a fellow white person I recommend not going higher than medium, haha.

Lovely curry - Edit
I had the chickpea curry, a turmeric potato dish,
Read moreRice and chapati which was all very tasty. I especially like the potatoes. The staff were knowledgable and there was lots of vegan options. The staff ask how spicy you want - I went for medium ‘english’ spicy which I would say was mild/medium but very flavourful. I would go ‘english’ spicy next time but don’t think I’d be ready for the ‘indian’ level spice!
Pros: Lots of vegan options , Big portions , Good value
Cons: Serves meat

Food is salty - Edit
Had high hopes for the only Indian restaurant in the Nea Chora area. The owners are really nice people but they need to change their receipts for international clients. Healthy eaters don’t use so much salt. The Saag Panera was inedible.

One of the best meals I had in Crete! - Edit
Plenty of vegetarian options that are also vegan and everything was so flavorful and satisfying. I would eat here again and again! I got one of the daal dishes, the veggie pakora, and my friend got the mushroom dish.

Pros: Mange vegetariske/veganske retter
Cons: Trafikken kan være forstyrrende

Delicious Punjabi Cuisine in Downtown Chania - Edit
Great tasting vegan Indian food dishes in a friendly restaurant set on busy road. They had a broad selection vegetarian options, all but three of which could be made vegan. They use olive oil (the Cretan way) rather than ghee for most dishes which is great for vegans who love Indian spices.
Read morePros: Lots of vegan dishes, Knowledgeable wait staff, Delicious food and good portion sizes
Cons: On a busy and noisy road, Longish walk from Kuom Kapi or the Venetian Harbor
