Lots of Menu Options But Watch Out For The Spice - Edit
Upon arriving at the restaurant, hubby and I were warmly greeted by an employee who told us we would have a seven minute wait before being seated. Despite the seven minute wait, we enjoyed the restaurant layout including comfortable chairs to sit in located in front of a fireplace as well as upbeat music playing and a large dining area with a variety of seating for customers from high top tables to regular tables and bar seating.
Read moreAfter being seated, we were served by James who was friendly and efficient in taking our food orders and even replaced my soda when he noticed it had an unnecessary seed in it. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a whole page dedicated to vegan meals as well as a vegan cake for dessert.
I ordered a vegan chicken quesadillas, hubby ordered cheese enchiladas (he's vegetarian, not vegan,) and we spilt an order of vegan crispy avocado street tacos.
Our food arrived quickly and was looked great. I learned the hard way that If you order the vegan crispy avocado tacos or vegan chicken quesadilla to make sure to asks for no jalapeños otherwise, you'll have a mouth on fire the whole night.
Other than the jalapeño oversight, the meal was well cooked and enjoyable and we'd definitely visit this restaurant again in the future when in the area and craving Mexican food.
Pros: Lots of vegan menu items to choose from , Offer vegan desert
Cons: Too many jalapeñoes in pico de gallo

So many vegan options! - Edit
I was so impressed by the full page of vegan options at this Mexican restaurant chain. Including vegan queso that was actually really good! And they even had a vegan dessert option, though I was way too full to order it. The vegan chimichanga was stuffed with wild rice, beans, peppers, mushrooms, and a well cooked and seasoned vegan chicken all in a flour tortilla and fried to a perfect crispiness. So much food and all so delicious. The food was a little pricey but not too bad for the amount of food received, and the staff were all very nice

Awesome options - Edit
We got some loaded nachos and they are definitely junk food but if you’re looking for nachos, these will hit the spot. They have a whole page of vegan options from nachos to fajitas to enchiladas and we did t get to try everything but we tried the chick’n nachos and they were great. The “chick’n” was tofu with a nice texture and charred flavor. There were many toppings and it’s definitely well thought out for adding many flavors.

High priced - Edit
All of the menu dishes are high priced, but the vegan dishes are really up there - $25 a plate. For that pricetag I'd like plates that won't give me splinters. The food is decent but not worth any more than Chili's or Applebee's
Read moreI've tried the vegan chicken fajitas in the past and really enjoyed them- but the vegan chicken tacos are heavy on the salsa and onions, light on the vegan chicken

Food lives up to price - Edit
I really enjoyed the Vegan Flaming Chick'n Fajitas. It's a lot of healthy food, so you get your money's worth. Come really hungry or prepare to take home leftovers. I appreciated the vegan chick'n and sour cream, which I find have better flavor than their animal-based counterparts. I also appreciated that the food was not cooked with an unreasonable amount of oil or salt.
Read moreBurritos are usually my first choice from a restaurant's menu, but I avoid chimichanga's because they are fried. The regular menu at Nacho Daddy has four different burritos (not counting the bowl) and a chimichanga. However, the vegan menu has a Chimichanga and no burritos.

Excellent Vegan menu - Edit
We eat here almost EVERY MONDAY. FREE beer or margarita when you order off the Vegan menu on Mondays. So nice to see establishments trying to encourage meatless mondays👍. The Chimichanga, fajitas, tacos and bottomless chips and salsa is what we like to order.

Tasty Dinner @ Nacho Daddy - Edit
Originally chose Nacho Daddy because of the amount of vegan options they have and was meeting non-vegans for dinner. I had the Vegan Loaded Nachos and the Vegan Chick’n Chimichanga, which I would order both again. The Vegan Chocolate Cake was also pretty good. We had excellent service and definitely will be going back! Would be nice if they had more than 1vegan dessert to choose from, but that sure is better than none. The place itself was convenient and cozy. Would be a good place to watch sports as they have a lot of tvs. Looking forward to going back!

Tasty vegan nachos! - Edit
As the only vegan in my family, I was excited to find a place in Las Vegas that offers solid options for all of us.
Read moreI ordered the vegan loaded nachos + chick'n, my wife had the chick'n quesadilla, and kids had regular quesadillas. The nachos came topped with lots of guacamole, chick'n, black beans, pico, salsa, a drizzle of sour cream, and of course cheese sauce... I wish there had been more cheese and sour cream. I was pleasantly surprised with the nicely seasoned chick'n pieces. The big problem was that the chips in the center were very soggy, and I had to eat most of the meal with a fork.
The chick'n quesadilla was also good. Same cheese sauce I think, and the same chick'n as the nachos. My wife thought it was a bit too spicy, but she has about zero tolerance for spice.
There are a good number of options on the menu and I wish I could try pretty much all of them. I do wish they had vegan 'meat' options aside from chick'n. Some carne asada perhaps?
It's great to see a small chain restaurant that caters to vegans, and I hope it will expand to other areas SoCal please? :-)
(Also a small shout out to the balloon artist that was on-hand. Normally, if I was not on vacation, I might find this annoying, but he was very talented and friendly and made the experience much more enjoyable for my kids.)
Pros: Dedicated vegan section on the menu!!!, Tasty vegan cheese sauce and chick'n, Friendly, fast service
Cons: Slightly pricey, Only mock meat is chick'n, Too little cheese and sour cream on nachos

Delicious vegan queso and fajitas - Edit
I would give it 5 stars if I could. It's a great place to go with omnivores since there is something delicious for everyone. The vegan queso is the best I've ever had. The chik'n fajitas were so good and realistic that it's scary. I had to double check with our server to make sure it wasn't real meat.
