Decent salad but nothing special - Edit
A decent enough spot to get a simple salad if that's what you're craving, but it was all very simple and most of the veggies were raw, so there wasn't a huge amount of flavour. Felt like something you could easily recreate at home with very little effort.

Eaten there two times and both times very good food. You can assemble your vegan salad yourself, I had a falafel salad and the juices are very refreshing.

We loved this little place. You build your own bowl with veggies, proteins, grains, seeds and dressing. It’s a nice to have fresh food while traveling! We ordered the vegan desert as well which we highly recommend! Five ⭐️

The perfect place to get a bit of a healthy power-up in between all the guacamole (the main vegan option on Holbox). It's a small but stylish open air place and you can see the chefs cooking your order from scratch. Create your own salad bowl or sandwich from a large list of options. Comes served with fresh water of the day (hibuscus flower when we were there)
