Vegan options - Edit
Enjoyed the herbal tea, vegan mushroom soup and vegan sausage rolls. It was warming and filling. Love the social justice values and Myo's connection with Cork Palestine solidarity and the creation of the new Place of Peace on Popes Quay, and their involvement in celebrating Cork's cultural diversity. Love me some Social Justice with my food and Myo has that in spades!

Tasty but limited - Edit
I enjoyed my lunch here but it was very light. There was only the mushroom soup and the mushroom roll available for vegan lunch options. There were also three vegan cakes. The soup was quite salty but I enjoyed it as Irish soup can tend to be quite bland. The mushroom roll was nicely flavoured which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately I felt the 'Snickers' cake let down my overall experience as leaving aside the fact that it was nothing like a Snickers (except for also having chocolate), in fact it tasted quite odd and not enjoyable. I would return if I was in the area, but not if I was very hungry.

Best vegan food in Cork - Edit
I eat at Myo's whenever I can. The vegan wrap and the soups are delicious and so are the cake options. All prepared with a lot of care and good taste. Highly recommended. I always feel good afterwards.

They have vegan and vegetarian options for lunch and to snack. We had two oaties bars and they were delicious.
