Take advantage when you can! - Edit
The Thai basil can be done vegan with tofu and is on the menu as such. Super delicious but order ahead by phone if possible to avoid wait times as this food truck is popular. The nicest people you will meet. Check there site for where to find them. Unfortunately it is fairly seasonal.
