We've found it hard on Brac to find an establishment with clearly labeled vegan options so it was a nice surprise to find this museum.
The experience consists of a tour with explanation about how the olive oil was produced in the renovated mill (unfortunately including showing the sheep's skins used for transportation), followed by a tasting of different local products including of course olive oil, olives, spreads, jams etc.

Pros: Engaging tour with interesting information, Delicious food, Cheap for Brac standards
Cons: Several whole sheep's skins hanging around, Location is hard to reach without a car
