Mugo is a sophisticated and stylish restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine. While the menu lacks vegan markings, the attentive and knowledgeable wait staff made navigating it easier by providing excellent vegan recommendations. We started with a seaweed salad, followed by vegan sushi rolls and a vegan bowl. The vegan bowl was particularly delicious, filling, and sufficient for one person, whereas the sushi rolls were average—not extraordinary but decent.

The restaurant itself is spacious but was very crowded during the dinner rush at 9 PM. Although reservations don’t seem necessary due to the high turnover, booking in advance is advisable if you prefer a good outdoor seat.
The main drawback was the noise level, amplified by loud music and the bustling crowd. If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the ideal spot. However, if you enjoy good Japanese food in a lively, upscale setting, Mugo is definitely worth a visit.

There are limited vegan main dish options but the waiters are nice and knowledgeable about veganism. All cocktails are made with aquafaba😄Sushi rolls, wakame salad are good. Vegan options include salads, sushis, fries and ramen soup. The stir-fry is made with egg noodles

Super fancy restaurant with big terrace and good music. It’s very busy so a reservation is advised. There’s 4 vegan meals on the menu, we liked the spring rolls

Lovely spot for dinner and cocktails. Has vegan sushi, a vegan stir fry dish, vegan chickpea soup, and a few other things. Staff are helpful and ask about allergies to avoid cross contamination.
