Lovely building - Edit
We live in Spain but have family in Maldon so come back a lot. One of our pleasures is to visit this place. Lovely building, superb food and very nice staff. It’s not fully vegan so can’t give it five stars but they have a good selection of vegan cakes and a vegan menu section where’s the plenty to find. The vegan breakfast is very good. It’s quite expensive but it’s worth it because the ambience is so good.

The choice for breakfast was limited but their vegan full English was a good size and tasty. It was just missing that something special.

A dedicated vegan section on the menu, and the options are always delicious! Also serve vegan breakfasts on their breakfast menu. Staff are very knowledgable regarding dietary preference and allergies. Would be a five star rating if I were able to!

We had a vegan afternoon tea and it was super delicious lots of flavour and great selection. The service and staff are really lovely. We can’t wait to go back! Would most definitely recommend!

Fabulous vegan afternoon teas - Edit
Had an absolutely delicious vegan afternoon tea. Large range of loose leaf teas available and also an Americano for coffee drinkers. Several delicious sandwiches and cakes as well as the most delicious scone I’ve ever had! One of the best vegan teas around and at a really reasonable price.

I had to check they do vegan afternoon teas before booking as the website only allows you to book ‘signature afternoon tea’ - you have to book this and then write vegan in the dietary requirements section. Feel vegan is not a ‘dietary requirement’.

They offer vegan afternoon tea which is not a pale imitation of the omni one which is refreshing.
Oh and the chocolate orange cake is to die for.
Pros: Delicious vegan options , Knowledgeable staff , Range of plant milks
Cons: They sell out of the chocolate orange cake
