Lunch favourite

Whenever I am hungry and too busy / lazy to make lunch I get a banh mi here. What makes it different than most other Vietnamese restaurants selling these is that they bake their own baguettes, always so crispy. I don't know what they do with their tofu but that stuff is addictive.

Unfortunately this place is suffering from it's own success - can be very busy around lunch time with online orders and they raised their prices.

Beware! A former employee of Mr Dam has warned me the vegan choices on the menu are prepared with fish sauce!

Cheap, filling & delicious!

This was a hit! For the vegan version of the tofu banh mi they give you avocado instead of mayonaise :)

Pros: Big portion

Cons: A bit oily

Yummy!

Has vegetarian banh-mi sandwich option that can easily be made vegan if you ask without the mayonaise, their fried noodles vega is really good and vegan!!!

Pros: Affordable, Food feels like a hug, Take out

Cons: Not allot of options

Banh mi

I love mr dam! Everytime I am close by and it’s lunchtime (most times not a coincidence;)) I get the vegan banh mi. It says veggie on the board but you can just ask for the vegan one and they will know what to get you. Also the veggie fresh springrolls are also vegan. Amazing. It like being in Vietnam again for a little bit. Cannot recommend this place enough.
