Read moreI love the cashew fondue that’s a constant in the menu, but all dishes are worth trying.
Some items in the menu change regularly.
They offer good cocktails as well.

Fantastisch plekje: goeie wijn, goeie cava, lekkere kaasjes, en zo mooi en leuk om te zitten... De eerste keer had ik een kaasplankje en dat was werkelijk hemels. De tweede keer ging ik voor de kaasfondue. Dat viel een béétje tegen: lekker, maar te veel kaas in vergelijking met de dipgroentjes.

My fave restaurant in Amsterdam - Edit
I tried almost all the vegan places in the city, and this is by far my favorite. The restaurant is really cozy and nice, the menu is not too big but with enough options, and the cheeses are absolutely incredible. It is a bit pricy but 100% worth it in my opinion

Lovely little restaurant with a good atmosphere. Food is tasty (had vegan ricotta for starters, none vegan friends had the burger which they loved and I had the filo rolls which were good). Good area as well, not wham bam in the middle of tourist hell that is central Amsterdam lol

We shared a funky platter and the filo rolls for mains. Both really good and well put together. In terms of flavors we weren’t completely blown away, but everything was good and elegantly served. The brownie stole the spotlight, it was phenomenal, don’t hesitate to get that. 😋

I came here for lunch earlier this week and had a small cheese platter and some bitterballen and both of them were phenomenal! Perfect food and service, this place is unmissable for any vegan visiting Amsterdam.

Read moreWhich was very tasty, specially the blue "cheese". Creamcheese was very good as well. Liked the almond cashew chesse a bit less, but that s personal of course. Very nice salad afterwards and a great latte macchiato. Nice ambience and friendly staff. Worth going there!

Perfect birthday meal - Edit
Had my birthday dinner here while on a trip to Amsterdam and was not disappointed. It felt more like a fine dining experience than most vegan and vegetarian places so I really enjoyed my burger with their perfect wine recommendation. Could not leave without having a piece of cheesecake even though the main was quite filling and was pleasantly surprised by how much it resembled of the real deal. I loved the atmosphere as I could slowly enjoy the sunset with my glass of wine and their staff was very helpful and attentive. It's a perfect place to treat yourself.

Great Place To Celebrate a Birthday! - Edit
I celebrated my birthday here and that night while we were eating there were three other birthday celebrations. I was so glad that we did because the food was great and each time it was someone's birthday dessert, the staff made a big deal of the birthday, and came out saying happy birthday with sparklers in the desserts. The flames sparkled for a long time in a dimly lighted room while everyone around watched. The food was also great. I would recommend making a reservation to eat here since it fills up quickly for dinner. The I TIRA-MISSED-U was amazing. Pricy but worth the price because the food was great.

I have always loved cheese, so I was looking forward to trying their offerings. I was not disappointed! We tried the 4 cheese plate, artichokes with aioli, and better balls. All were really tasty. Each cheese is unique and reasonably priced for the quality and amount. Even with all of the vegan food offerings that Amsterdam has, I would come back next trip.

I went to this restaurant because in Amsterdam it is widely appreciated, especially for its vegan cheeses. My expectations were high, but not fully met. I thought their cheese steak was way too salty and onedimensional. The coconut curry bitterbals, however, are great! The staff is nice, but for me it’s rather expensive for what you get. I can imagine that if you really crave vegan cheese, this may be the place for you.

I went to Mr. & Mrs. Watson a few weeks ago for lunch, I was pleasantly surprised with Price vs Quality AND Quantity. last night I went with my sisters with high hopes. The taste of the food was great, but OH MY GOSH I would not call this a meal. We ate the 'Safrankly gnochhi' and it was just about big enough to be an appetizer, they should be ashamed to charger 18€ for this. It was a shame too because it was actually super tasty.

If you really want to go here, go for lunch. Or go support other vegan places that actually serve you a meal!!!!!!

I have been planning to visit Mr and Mts Watson for a long time and today finally went there for lunch. We had the 4 cheeses plate. I have tried a number of vegan cheeses with varied success but these were delicious. Afterwards we had the Say Cheese-cake and Chocolate Fudge Brownie with a cappuccino and chai latte. Again all delicious. The waiter was really friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time. Will definitely go back for dinner as well.

The whole menu is vegan which is fantastic😄I had the tofu scramble on toast which was lovely but slightly too salty for me. The vegan cheese on it was lovely. My friends had the tempeh bam mi sandwich which they loved. We also had a side of fries which are mixed potato and sweet potato with vegan mayo and ketchup which were very good. The food was very nice was personally lacked a little bit of seasoning for me (that wasn’t salt) but still a nice lunch in a nice setting with nice staff and all vegan!
