Vegan Turkse Pizza - Edit
Had a vegan turkse pizza here. The dough was chewy and delishes! The only thing i find a little disappointing is the amount of filling you get on it. It was a pretty thin turkse pizza, but nevertheless i would get it again.

The best vegan donner I had in Amsterdam - Edit
My very first day in Amsterdam, I came across this place. I was a bit skeptic with the "soy meat", since it looked like meat. But the owner was super nice, and let us try a bit before ordering. What a surprise! The flavors are amazing, everything is fresh, and they even prepare the dough when you order.

I love this place and often stop by after a long day at work. Their vegan Turkish pizza and vegan kapsalon are the best I’ve had. And they sell vegan baklava!

De eerste keer heerlijk gegeten, een ontzettend lekkere groentenstoofpot. Alsof een Turkse mama die thuis met veel liefde had gekookt. Prima rijst en een lekkere bonensalade erbij. De eerste keer zou ik vijf sterren hebben gegeven.
Read moreDe tweede keer diepe teleurstelling. E'n vegan maaltijd, waarbij me verteld werd dat de groentenstoofpot (die er wel was) niet bij voor maaltijden bestemd was. De enige vegan (of vegetarisch? er zat kaas op) optie was een behoorlijk droge moussaka, of iets dergelijks, met nauwelijks saus.
Verder twee vegan kapsalons die nagenoeg oneetbaar waren: melige slecht gebakken patat, enorme repen vegan vlees (15, 20 centimeter lang), die je alleen met mes en vork kunt eten of eerst uit elkaar moet scheuren. En nauwelijks saus, waardoor het geheel ook nog gortdroog was. De kaas was geheel verdwenen.
Diepe teleurstelling. De tweede keer was hooguit twee sterren waard.

Been in Europe for two weeks, and this is, hands down, the best place I’ve eaten. I’m sorry I leave Amsterdam tomorrow and can’t eat here again. I loved the Turkish pizza with vegan doner, and my omni friends loved it too. Total win.

Really nice place for quick takeout! Quite few vegan options and they’re delicious. The wrap (bread) is baked fresh in front of you when you order. They also sell amazing vegan baklava!

We found this by pure chance after another vegan restaurant we were aiming for in the area was closed. Wandering along the street this big sign emerged and I am so glad we went in. Myself and my partner had the vegan doner wrap and it was fantastic! The donner itself was a lovely texture and full of flavour, and there was heaps of fresh salad, grilled Mediterranean veg, a vegan yoghurt dressing and siracha if you wanted it spicy. Gorgeous flavours! We’ll be going back!

Tasty and filling Turkish wrap and falafel options. Everything is quite fresh. I took the vegan Turkish pizza with vegan doner (€8), they asked if I wanted vegan sauce or (I assume) yogurt sauce. They also have a falafel bar which looks pretty good and an option for vegan kapsalon (ie loaded disco fries).

Spot on after a few drinks - Edit
We had the Turkish pizza with vegan doner and it was spot on. The doner seems to be made from seitan but I wonder how much it adds to the pizza because it don't think I could taste it that much among the other fillings, considering it bring the price from €4.50 to €8 (extremely affordable for Amsterdam). The sambal wasn't all too spicy. My colleagues in a nearby restaurant all love this place.

I keep forgetting to take pictures when I take out food: it always goes straight into my mouth. Vegan doner (with vegan garlic sauce options!), turkish pizza and 'kapsalon': nostalgic foods to many who have turned vegan, offers the tastes you have missed. Did I already mention their mezze offerings with 2 kinds of dolma, bean/ chickpea salads AND vegan baklava? Staff is friendly and very proud of their vegan products, highly recommend!

We were randomly walking through Amsterdam Oost and bumped into this big window-sticker saying vegan döner kebab.. and we of course had to get one. The vegan "meat" was tasty and the sauces in the kebab plus the fresh salad great as well. The nicest touch was a big poster on the wall explaining the benefits of choosing the vegan option. It's not something I usually spot in non-vegan restaurants and I loved that. We'll be back. The vegan stuffed aubergines looked tasty as well..

A small place with vegan doner and falafel. Pita was great and the fillings were fresh and delicious. They have a vegan yogurt cream that was delicious. Recommend!
