Tough to find but worth it - Edit
This was very tricky to find but the post below with a photo helped us get there. Don't let the sketchy stairwell turn you off. It's a nice place inside and the food is well worth it. I'm vegetarian, not vegan, so had lots of choices. The food was delicious. Both vegetarians and meat eaters liked it. We had a great view of the lively scene below us in the evening.

Straightforward for veggies - Edit
Veggie friendly (not so much for vegans as there was paneer in the set lunch). Tasty and friendly. The naans were great!

Delish - Edit
The meals were generous, perfect amount of spice and delicious. The breads were a large serving, so we did not need rice. Affordably priced.Would highly recommend!

Good Indian food - Edit
Hard to find -it’s on the third floor of a building across from Starbucks. Mostly northern Indian food but had a couple of South Indian dishes too. Staff spoke English and understood what vegan meant. I enjoyed the dosa and both curries we ordered(Chana massala and aloo gobi)

Cons: Hard to spot

Could get better - Edit
I thought it was on the pricey side compared to other Indian restaurants in Japan, especially since the portions were average size. Not only that, my roti came a little bit too burned. Chana masala tasted really good. I recommend it if you’re in the area tho.

Very Good With South Indian Vegetarian Specialities - Edit
I am gluten intolerant so South Indian food is a good choice for me because several of the traditional dishes use lentil or rice flour.
Read moreAs well as serving meat and fish dishes, there was a good choice of dosas and uttapoms which were freshly prepared, generously proportioned and utterly delicious.
The staff were all extremely friendly and many of them spoke English as well.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience and would definitely go back.
Pros: Delicious food , Super-friendly staff, Nice vibe
