A vegetarian restaurant serving mostly vegan food. Located in the heart of Chora Mykonos. The menu includes a vast selection of dishes, including breakfast & brunch items, appetizers, pasta, pizza, burgers, salads, traditional dishes, pies, desserts, coffees, smoothies, juices, vegan wines and beers, cocktails, mocktails and herb drinks. Many of the ingredients are organic, like all coffees and milk, tofu, pasta etc. Take away containers are compostable, biodegradable and recyclable. Reported closed October 2022.

We came to this place for a quick dinner. we wanted the vegan tzatziki but was finished, so asked for the hummus and fava. They were both delicious.

I ate there today and couldn’t be happier. The food was delicious, the staff was really friendly and even taught me some Greek words when I asked for it and the location is really cute. If you’re there, try the homemade lemonade. It’s awesome!

We loved Mother Earth, it had so many vegan options and they are all takes on traditional Greek food. Definitely recommend the tzatziki and the vegan sausage starter. We went back several times as it was so great. The mushroom risotto is also lovely. Very friendly staff and not to pricey, considering it’s in the centre of Mykonos.

Cute place, friendly staff, many vegan options. Some plates can be ordered either vegetarian or vegan. There was an additional menu of the day with another 5/6 dishes to choose from. Mainly Greek traditional cuisine. Prices were reasonable and not as exaggerated as in other Mykonos restaurants.

We really wanted to love this place! And we did. At least the food and the atmosphere. However the staff were grumpy to say the least, and when we came back a second time one of the staff member were even grumpier. We saw other guests also noticed. Apart from that this place is a must-visit! Big vegan menu with loads of Greek dishes and everything tasted really well!

The most tasteful vegetarian - vegan food in Mykonos! The chef prepares wonderful street food (best burgers, pizza and gyros pitta) but also greek food like moussakas, stuffed tomatoes and zucchini and tzatziki and best salads! Please try them all!!!

I got the vegan moussaka and I loved it, it was tasty and the seasoning with soy yogurt made it well balanced, my husband got a pizza and he liked it too! I also got dessert which was pretty good!

I would say although that it is quite expensive especially the drinks for which we were not fan of, and the staff was not the nicest but we still had a good time!

Enjoyed strolling around Mykonos and was really excited to eat at Mother Earth. However, it was a bit disappointing. The server was not friendly and seemed like maybe she was having a bad day? Vibe was off and food was pretty good, rather bland. Unfortunately, not going to visit again.

What an absolutely gorgeous little place. It’s like a hidden treasure in the town. The lady was just so polite and friendly and the customer service could not have been better. The food was fantastic and especially compared to what’s on offer for vegan in the area. Was not disappointed and even want to return again at lunch time to try a salad. My partner had the veggie pizza The Avo Lover and I had the Italian job gnocchi. Fantastic food. Cocktails were lovely too, would 100% return. Felt so wholesome during my visit😄

Read moreThat said, it has the largest selection of vegetarian. The daily specials may be as little as 10-12€ but some dishes will be 17€ and desserts 10€, about average for a sit down restaurant away from the sea.
My travel partner and I had the stuffed pepper and saffron risotto. She thought the peppers were great, I thought my risotto was overpriced for the quality of ingredients, flavor, and portion. The apple cake well complemented the moist mango passion fruit sorbet on top but otherwise dry and coarse.
In summary, Mother Earth is not a full veg restaurant, is hit or miss in value, but still has the most variety in Mykonos proper.

Restaurant has vegan/vegetarian menu. It has got a lot of options. Prices are somewhere between 10-20 e per meal. The portions are quite small and even when you pay a price for a main dish you are not so satisfied and full. But in the other hand the meals are deliciouse.
