Delicious Turon- NOT VEGAN unless modifed - Edit
I absolutely loved the Turon latte. It's $6.50 for the regular size. Super savory and flavorful. I've never had a latte made with banana milk before. It was divine. I don't live near Carmel Mountain but will now stop at Mostra every time I'm in the area.
Read moreNo vegan pastries or food were available when I went? They weren't out of supply, the barrista said that their items came from another bakery who was not vegan.
Edit-- this drink is not vegan is made with banana milk. They puree the banana with dairy to make it.

Wonderful unique coffees - Edit
Went in for the first time to find coffee drinks inspired by Filipino desserts like Turon and Bibingka! The barista said they were for Filipino Heritage Month (October). As someone who is half Filipino, I was super excited to see this. Some were made with dairy alternatives like rice milk and banana milk, others were not. Since we’re vegan we ordered the Turon Cappuccino made with banana milk. They captured the flavor of Turon perfectly, including the jackfruit!
