Vegan hot pot, let’s gooooo.

Wow, I stumbled into here and didn’t realize how much a vegan could eat here! Morfire has quite a bit of options for vegans. Their Thai style hot pot hits like something else. I throughly enjoyed the Tom Kha family style hot pot with a cornucopia of veggies, noodles, mushrooms, tofu, and more to make it both a delicious and nutrient dense meal. I also highly recommend the veggie gyoza. You won’t be disappointed. #veganuary
