Delicious

Got the vegan sausage roll, was good. They only had a flapjack for a vegan treat, no other desserts, which was a shame. The focaccia though was incredible! Also, had the loaded sweet potato fries, great portion and delicious

Pros: Delicious

Cons: Limited options

Disappointing

Hardly any vegan options. Website shows more options than in the cafe. Had loaded sweet potato fries which were sickly. One vegan cake which was flapjack. Shame

Vegan Options Delicious

Visited More as I was visiting the Inov-8 store for walking boots...Had several vegan options vegan feta wrap, cake, flapjack, avocado on sourdough, vegan mushroom & hazelnut roll, plant milks. Ordered two feta wraps and teas with oat milk... The wraps were absolutely delicious.

Will revisit when I am passing by going to the Lakes as vegan options in the area are few and far between.

Pros: Vegan options, Vegan cakr, Plant milks the

Amazing vegan pizza

Fab little hidden away gem in staveley. Set in an industrial estate (don’t let that put you off) . Vegan pizza was nicest I have had outside Italy. Really tomatoey, fresh basil on top, vegan cheese, mushrooms and capers . Also shared a vegan cheese garlic pizza. Both divine, they also had vegan sausage rolls but they were sold out when we got there . It’s next door to the Hawkshead brewery, and you can order a drink and a pizza at the same time. Plenty of seats outside and seats inside the brewery. You can eat your pizza in the brewery also . Fab dog friendly walk along the river at the back

Lockdown coffee and pie!

Visited here for a coffee after a dog walk- my first "proper" coffee in two months! I was very happy to see they have vegan options - I had the mushroom pie and vegan flapjack. Both were delicious. I would give a higher score if they had more options- vegan options kind of felt like an afterthought. Vegan options were delicious though. Will visit again!

Pros: Delicious food, Soya milk

Cons: Not many vegan options

Amazing pie

I went for lunch recently and had the wild mushroom pie with mushy peas and proper chips and omg it all tasted incredible. I also had a cappuccino with soya milk, just annoying you've got to pay 50p for non dairy milk

Pros: A few good vegan options, Tasty homemade food

Cons: 50p for non dairy milk
