Shockingly good vanilla

One of the things I miss as a long term vegan is good vanilla frozen dessert. I was shocked, (shocked, I tell you!) to hear that Moo’s had non-soft serv vanilla, and what do you know? It is! They had two kinds of sorbet, two kinds of non-dairy creamy stuff. The vanilla had many visible beans, and though they said it was oat milk I think there was a tiny bit of coconut there, also. The small cup was like a scoop and a half. Often at non-vegan spots you find the non-dairy options are not fresh - this was neither dank nor freezer burned.
