Serves meat, vegan options available. Japanese and sushi restaurant but has vegetable rolls, such as with avocado, cucumber, or mango plus smalls like cucumber salad, wakame seaweed salad, edamame, agedashi tofu, yam tempura, and miso soup with choice of udon, soba, or rice noodles. Ask if uses shared fryer for tempura. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Great option when at the coast! - Edit

Don't sleep on momiji! - Edit

Momiji is a solid option on the coast. I usually share a veg head roll and a veggie bento box with my partner. It seems like the miso soup that comes with the bento has animal products, so I don't eat that. Everything else we share! Bento has tempora veggies, cucumber salad, spring rolls, and a cucumber roll.
It's not the best Japanese food I've had by any means, but it's a nice (relatively) affordable option on the coast.
NOTE: another reviewer said that everything is fried in the same oil. I didn't realize that until reading reviews. Use that information to make your own decision

Veg sushi rolls - Edit

I had edamame and a Veggie Roll

Pros: Roll had avocado and was only $8, Edamame done properly, Good tea and music. Warm atmosphere.

Cons: Roll was a bit mushy and instinct in flavor, Server needs some customer service training.

Good sushi - Edit

They have a “vegetarian” roll menu 3 could be vegan 1 has cream cheese. They also have mini rolls —avocado and cucumber. They have veggie tempura appetizer, spring rolls and sesame balls BUT everything fried is fried in same oil as fish and meat fried things. Miso soup is not vegan. Yaki Soba can be made vegan on request. Staff is friendly and one of the staff was very knowledgeable about vegan offerings. Price was actually really good for sushi.
