Absolutely amazing food ! - Edit
.What can I say !! Found this little gem tucked away in a side street off the main pedestrianised area . Unfortunately only open 1 evening a week so went for early lunch . Had the courgette and dill soup . Then the broccoli salad . ( Hubby had fish added to his ) . Both dishes were absolutely divine . The best food I've had since I've been here. All freshly cooked in a family run , small , very unique place full of beautiful plants and fermenting jars all around . I could happily live on their food every single day for the rest of my life. Simply the best !

Beautiful food made with love - Edit
Lovely family run small restaurant with delicious food. Most offerings on the menu board are vegan (a few with fish). There were so many delicious items we ordered a lot and all of it was fresh and flavourful. If we had more days visiting Kaunas we would've gone back.

Wonderful! - Edit
We had a great time at this cozy restaurant. The calm atmosphere made for a relaxing meal.
Read moreThe sweet potato curry and vegetable masala with rice and chapati bread were delicious. As was the vegan mango passionfruit lassi.
The service was excellent and friendly. Even though we arrived after closing time, they welcomed us.
The only downside is that they also serve fish, but everything else is vegan.
I would give five stars if Happy Cow allowed it for non-vegan vendors, but then again, deducting one star for serving fish seems appropriate.
Pros: Food, Service, Atmosphere
Cons: They serve fish

My favourite restaurant in Kaunas. Divine Indian food! Wish it was also in the capital (my city). 4 stars, because they serve fish and seafood. Other than that, the rest is vegan.

Moksha - Edit
One of the best vegetarian restaurants ever, it deserves 5 stars though the system won't allow it cos' they have 1-2 fish options. Simply don't eat the fish and you'll be the happiest person in Kaunas :)

Moksha - Edit
The food was very tasty, especially the coconut rice! And the staff was extremely friendly. We had to wait for more than an hour, because they start to make the ingredients ready, when u ordered something, because of the sustainability. We also had a lemonade and an ice tea but both were way to sweet.

A lovely place - Edit
We’ve been to Kaunas around 3 times this year and somehow we always ended up in Moksha for our lunch. Overall, it is a nice place, the food is tasty, owners and staff are very friendly so it is always great to come back. They easily accomodate for specific requests which is also great! Also very accomodating for small kids.

Intuative waiter? - Edit
This please could be a favorite in the city, small with my kind of vibe. The please was busy but the staff fixed me a seat and made ektra food on a pre-order so I got my meal faster then anticipated. I think the staff read my mind about the food being a little bland, and brought me som masala spise mix so I could spise it up myself. Definitely going back before I leave Kaunas

Tasty, but pricey. - Edit
We went here two days in a row. First time we only had iced coffee, thai iced tea and a piece of cake. All of which were incredibly delicious and priced fairly. The next time we ordered pad thai and a curry with burmese tofu. Pad thai was delicious and worth the price. However, I felt kinda ripped off by the curry (it cost 8 euro). It was really nothing too right home about, unfortunately. The portion was also quite small, so I had to get aditional cocunut rice for 3 euro. The rice were the best I've ever had and combined with curry, the meal is was pretty delicious, but the price of it was too much for me.
Read moreThe staff is very nice and polite. The interior is clean, filled with plants and the music fits the vibe. The bathroom was also really cute. The meals themselves were, I feel, authentically prepared, just lacked a certain oomph.
Overall, I recommend to visit this place if you are in Kaunas, just expect to order a side of rice with your curry :D.
Pros: Everything was tasty. , Cute interior. , Friendly staff.
Cons: Pricey
