When I came to Italy in 2018 and 2019, it seemed so easy to turn up and find a vegan croissant. Now I find it is quite rare and I’m not sure why. Before our train left I managed to pick up one croissant and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was ok, and the croissant was nice. But I was disappointed there were so few options
