Ich fand den Burger super lecker aber es gab leider sonst keine Auswahl… und die Bedienung wusste auch nicht welche tapas vegan sein könnten

Un gros hamburger végane - Edit

Cet endroit a le mérite de proposer une option végane et dans la région, c’est hélas très rare.
Les frites sont bonnes.

The XL vegan burgers are really satisfying! - Edit

There aren’t many vegan options on the Hyeres peninsula, so I was very grateful to the Happy Cow posters (especially Aapie) who mentioned Mojito and their enormous XL vegan burgers.
I didn’t see too many other vegan options on the menu, but that was OK because Aapie’s photo of the XL vegan burger already had me “hooked”.
While I have often been disappointed by other anaemic-looking vegan burgers that appear to be an afterthought for the vegans, Mojito’s XL vegan burgers are huge and thoughtfully made with two vegan patties, guacamole, fried peppers, etc (see my photos). They also come with fries and a leafy salad. Cost = $20Euro.
As a 100kg former Mixed Martial Artist, I appreciate restaurants that provide vegans with decent sized meals that have been thoughtfully made and was very satisfied by this meal 😁

Pros: Huge vegan burgers., Thoughtfully made with a variety of ingredients , The meals were prepared quickly

Cons: Other vegan options would be appreciated , Newer meat-substitute vegan patties could be used

Good and friendly place to visit: Support their vegan burger! - Edit

There was only one vegan burger to "choose" from.
And this one was remarkably green inside.
I would rather call it an old-fashioned veggie burger. But baked-well, so for me it was ok.
My boyfriend really liked it (and ate half of mine)

It would be nice when the restaurant would offer an extra vegan burger variant in the future, with more of a meat structure, such as the now well-known burgers from Beyond Meat.

Overall it was a positive experience.
The waitress was really nice,
and so was the rest of the team.
We automatically got a carafe of water.
I enjoyed drinking it, as it was too early for having a cocktail.

Hopefully there will be a next time for tasting one of their creative Mojito's.

As you can see in the picture, the XL burgers are definitely big! This place doesn't have vegan mayonnaise.
But the fries were delicious on their own and it tasted good with ketchup.

This was my vegan burger, as we don't eat meat.

Thanks Aapie - after spending our day at the beautiful Notre Dame Beach on Porquerolles Island with only a light snack for lunch, we were really hungry and therefore loved the huge vegan burgers. I had to eat half of my wife’s burger, but this is a pleasant “chore” that I regularly perform 😉. We are two very satisfied vegans after this meal - thanks again for your original post and response 😁. Porquerolles Island is such a wonderful highlight of the French Riviera!

Very positive that Porquerolles could welcome some vegans.
That certainly is a beautiful island for a stroll or visiting a beach😄
The more they hear about veganism, the better.
As a last option I ask for a plate with vegetables. But nowadays things are slowly getting better in France. Have a very nice vacation!
