Fluffiest vegan pizza crust - Edit
This place is like a chipotle only for pizza, you choose all your own toppings. They have plant based cheese and sausage. I like the build your own salad as well.

Vegans - This Place May Be Your Top Choice When They Add Veggie Meat To Their Choice Of Ingredients - Edit
For "fast" pizza, this place is pretty darn quick in the cooking area. But in the ordering area, it can be pretty slow. It's the Subway of pizza ordering, choose whichever ingredients you want, they plop them on a thin crust, and pop it in the oven. The meats and some of the veggies are pre-cooked, that's how you can get it so quickly. We got there on a Friday night right at dinner time and there were about 10 people in line ahead of us. It took quite a long time to get to the head of the line, I'd say at around 20 minutes. That's unusual for a "fast food" place, in my opinion. Then after we paid, we waited about 10 minutes for our name to be called. But what we got was very, very good! In trying to compare it to other local pizza places, we came up with this: Ian's is better because they have a wider variety of vegan pizzas to choose from, but Mod is better than Ian's because their ingredients make your vegan pizza available 100% of the time. Ian's only serves a small selection of vegan pizzas on certain days of the week, so you may not get what you want depending on day of week and location. Ian's offers vegan meats and cheese, Mod only offers vegan cheese. But they tell me they are working to find vegan meats, so that will be a point in their favor if they ever accomplish that. The Mod vegan pizza I had was comparable to Pizzeria Piccolo, except better in that Mod offers vegan cheese, and Pizzeria Piccolo does not. Classic Slice Pizza offers very good vegan pizzas, too, but limited selection compared to Ian's and the combinations you can create on your own at Mod. I'm not sure if Classic Slice offers a build your own, but if they do, I think it's cost-prohibitive, if memory serves. Mod's prices are terrific. So I definitely say try out Mod and decide for yourself because if you're vegan, your priorities may be different than mine. Ian's is the best tasting, but I can't get what I want all the time. Classic slice is the next best tasting, but selection is limited. Mod will taste the best when they get vegan meats, and they will be the best at that time because I'll be able to get exactly what I want all the time.
