Great options

Good place, not to fancy and perfect to enjoy with friends :)

Great pizza

They have loads of ingredients, the dough is vegan and they have one type of dairy-free cheese available - kinda tastes like parmesan, it's great. The pizza was delicious!

I chose the ingredients myself: aspargus, broccoli, garlic, arugula and olives at Mod Pizza in Charleston

Good Custom Pizzas

Awesome place, has vegan cheese and sauce bases. They list what's vegan online on their website.

Pros: The cheapest and best vegan pizza in the area.

MOD size

Excellent choice for personal size pizza. Staff is friendly and very accommodating for vegan choices/options. ***Military discount***

Pros: About half of the "build your own" options are veg

Cons: Not much that I don't like about this place.

Weekend Option

Mod is a decent late-night option on Fridays and Saturdays. I normally choose a pizza and save a salad for later.

I agree with a fellow reviewer...I would like to see more options such as meatless crumbles or tempeh. Watch out for food migrating into containers where they don't belong!

Great for a Quick Bite

Build a personal vegan pizza. This is one of the few pizza places that has actual vegan cheese! Take advantage of the veggie array that is before you. At no extra cost, enjoy some vegan cheese and as many toppings that your heart desires. The best part is that it is fast and inexpensive!

I hope that they expand the vegan-friendly options to some things like meatless crumbles and chick'n in the future.

Terrific!

I was visiting Charleston and stopped by for a quick snack. I built my own thin crust personal pan pizza with red sauce, loads of veggies, and vegan cheese. You're allowed to choose as many topping with no extra cost. There is no extra cost for vegan cheese. Price for a personal thin crust pizza was about $8. Two people can share it if you are looking for a snack. It's a quick take out or sit in kind of restaurant.

Pros: Affordable, Can make your own pizza, Many vegan toppings available
