Good pizza, great toppings! - Edit
Having been a fan of the assembly line-style pizza joints, I was thrilled to be able to sate my pizza cravings at Mod Pizza. They have a classic crust or gluten-free crust (both vegan). They have a mild red sauce, or a spicy Calabrian chili sauce to choose from. Once you get the basics out of the way, there are a lot of topping options to choose from. Unfortunately they don’t have any kind of vegan sausage or vegan pepperoni, but they offer vegan cheese.
Read moreIt took about 10 minutes before my name was called and I had a lovely looking pizza in front of me. The crust is thin enough, crispy on the edges, but still nice and chewy. The sauce was slightly sour (maybe from a vinegar base?). The numerous toppings were delicious, except for the vegan cheese. It had a slimy texture (like wet dough), not at all like real cheese. I would probably leave that off next time. The MOD size was plenty for 1 person, and was a pleasant meal.

Pros: All of the varied toppings, The staff are nice, Doesn’t take long to cook your pizza
Cons: I would use less of the Calabrian sauce, Omit the vegan cheese, unless you love it. , Doesn’t have any vegan meat

The cheese made the pizza! I ordered a modified margarita pizza with the added vegan sausage and was happy with it. I work next door and needed something quick.
