Food trucks all the way - Edit
Filling hot dogs! We took two Desert Vegans and swapped the bbq sauce for relish and mustard, it was really good! The food truck park in general is really vegan friendly, pretty much all the trucks have at least one veg option

Three vegan options on current menu - Edit
I enjoyed a “desert dog” which I think comes with a Beyond or Beyond-style sausage and generous toppings. The side order of chips was a generous amount.
