Very good oat milk latte!

They have some vegan pastries as well but I don't usually want sweets so I haven't tried any. They look good though.

Pros: Cozy artsy little space, friendly service.

Cute Shop!

Mnemonic recently opened, and I finally had the chance to stop by. They offer a variety of coffee, teas, and “zero-proof” drinks. The milk-based drinks use oat milk by default, and the shop does not use honey. It was relatively busy when I went, so I was unable to ask if the shop is fully vegan, but it is definitely very vegan-friendly!

l am not a coffee person, but the fruity, ginger-flavored tea drink I ordered was creative and tasty. If you are like me, they have multiple other non-coffee-based drinks as “specials,” so make sure to look for the sign or ask! The inside is small but very cute and peaceful. While the prices are a bit higher than the average coffee shop, I think it is justified due to the creativity of the drinks, the use of oat milk as the default, and being a small, newly opened shop. Support local (when possible)!
