Not many options, we took rice wok with peanuts and vegetables, it was nice. They also have Buddha bowl with beet hummus and plant milks are available for coffee.

Limited but good quality lunch options - Edit
Cute little cafe and cake shop. They have quite limited vegan options but they have them (which is rare here) and they are actually really good and not over priced! We got the Buddha bowl which was a substantial salad with grains and avocado and beet hummus & stir fried veg with nuts that came with rice. They have oat milk and their iced latte was good. We also tried their chocolate truffles (only vegan dessert/sweet which is a shame as they have tons of cakes) which were actually really good. Overall the food was of good quality and value and I’d recommend it
