Truffle and Mushroom Heaven - Edit
The Black Truffle Cheese Sauce Pasta with Mushrooms was so good my partner and I came back a few days later and ordered it again! Almost certainly not “healthy”, but soooo tasty! The garlic bread and risotto wasn’t amazing, but the fries are worth ordering for the black truffle sauce if you’re a fan of truffle like us.

Very small restaurant and quite loud when there are a few people there. We loved the stroganoff and the white truffle linguine, but the starters weren't great. The salad wasn't worthy of being a course (just lettuce and one small tomato wedge) , the mushroom toast was tiny and way too crispy, and the rosti bites just tasted like reheated potato nuggets. The lowlight was the bourguignon, which was just a few pieces of veg on a plate with a tiny bit of watery gravy. Service was good. Wine options were terrible (one white, one red). Very expensive.

It's an amazing vegan restaurant, the cozy place, the magnificent decoration, delicious and innovative vegan dishes, the friendly staff, etc. I love the fettuccine with four cheeses. 4 vegan cheeses mixed together creates multi-tastes of cheese.

Before I went, I didn't know what to expect from this place but it soon became clear why it was called Mirror & Vegan Concept because there are so many mirrors at the restaurant and they serve Vegan food.
Read moreIt was basically Italian dishes like pasta and risotto but in Vegan form so it was simple and fuss free.
The vegetarian scene lacks something like this because it is normally too jazzed up or Asian.
Started off with heirloom tomato and cheese salad.
I was really glad this was on the menu as it is really difficult to get Vegan Italian food in HK.
The best thing is that it tastes just how it should while being vegan.
Next was the mushroom soup which I found thick and creamy.
Finished with the spaghetti bolognese which was al dente in a thick tomato sauce.
Again flawless!
Hoping to see other pastas like gnocchi, tortellini and ravioli!
Ended with a nice cup of tea.

Finally, decent vegan Italian food! - Edit
Was on a business trip and found this thru the app, so glad I asked my friend to book it. We sample a bit of everything from the mains, delicious and very rich which was quite a surprise, wine was also very good, will def be back next time I’m in Hong Kong.

I went with a group of omnis and everyone was blown away by the quality of the dishes. I had the spaghetti bolognese which was amazing and I've heard nothing but good things about the other options on the menu as well. The restaurant itself is quite small but cosy and the servers are really friendly and attentive.

The 2 man chef / manager team are experts in their corresponding fields.
The risotto was top notch, the linguine too.

The entrance to the building housing this restaurant is located just off Queens Road Central (need to go a few metres down a small alley to find it; then take the lift up to 9/F).
Read moreI liked the venue. It is cosy and feels comfortable. And true to the name, is decorated with a whole load of different kinds of mirrors on the walls.
I visited as part of a Meat Free Meet up, and got to sample a variety of dishes. Service was a bit slow (perhaps because there were a lot of us), but very friendly.
I thought the food was all tasty, although agree that the mains are fairly carb heavy (not necessarily a bad thing).
We tried two salads - I liked the Caesar salad with black croutons. Loved the baked courgette penne dish😄 Risotto was packed with lots of mushrooms and really good, although was quite full by that point. Also had a yummy soy latte.
***Visited again in August 2018 for the set lunch - was fantastic. Salad, soup, wild mushroom pasta and coffee. Everything tasted great and really good attentive service.
Pros: Vegan Italian - unique in HK, Cosy and comfortable, Good service
Cons: Carb heavy mains (not necessarily a con)

Had black truffle cheese sauce pasta for lunch today- it was incredibly good!!!! Very creamy, cheesy (yes, it tasted like real cheese), but good taste balance and consistency- not too heavy. The soup and salad comes as a set for lunch.

I was very excited to try this place. I found the pastas to be delicious, but quite heavy and seemingly unhealthy (no whole grain pasta options, sauces heavy on the oil and “vegan butter”). I’d love to see them add some lighter options to the menu as well.

Tucked away down an alley and upstairs it was a surprise to find a vegan restaurant with wonderful food. We had the set lunch of Cesar salad, onion soup and pasta. The croutons on the salad were tasty, the soup was one of the best I have had and the pasta for the main dishes was cooked perfectly. Very busy at lunch time so I recommend booking.

Amazing new restaurant in central. We could not believe it had just opened. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the salad was creative and delicious. The portions are not large, but after a salad, soup, and entree, I was perfectly satisfied. We will definitely be going back.

We could not believe this place had been open only one day. The minestrone soup may be the best soup I’ve ever tasted in my life. The pasta bolognese blew me away. Dishes were elegantly presented and delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
