Vegan chinese food! - Edit
Plenty of choice for vegans, even has meat alternatives. A set menu for vegans would make it even better

We were visiting Shifnal from Scotland for a wedding and didn't hold out many hopes for finding any decent vegan food. We stumbled across Minh's and saw "tofu" on the menu outside - on the menu inside there was a vegetarian section that had different mock meats - chicken and duck (maybe something else but I can't quite remember). We had sweet and sour tofu and mock chicken curry. It was actually really nice and a surprise find.
