Great vegan food in the city centre - Edit
This vegan place is on the 3th floor of the Wisma Causeway mall. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Even though the mall is quite deserted the restaurant is full of life. You can also overlook the pavillion mall while eating, so a great spot. In my opinion the portions could have been a little bit bigger.

Hidden gem worth uncovering - Edit
Cozy vegan restaurant on the third floor of Wisma Cozway hidden in the back of the building surrounded by empty shops and travel agents. Worth the visit, great food and amazing coffee. Gets busy during office lunch hours but the place has lots of seating. Well worth the extra effort to find. Short walk from Pavilion across the road.

Good food at a good price - Edit
Has a nice array of local style food at a very affordable price as most mains were in the rm10-rm14 range. Even has vegan boba tea! Staff was very friendly as well.
Read moreI had the ramen (which was more like a curry mee) and the pan mee which are uncommon to find to veganized. Both were very tasty!

Cute little restaurant with veganized local food - Edit
I don't know much at all about Malay food, so it's hard for me to judge how successfully veganized dishes served at this cafe were. I enjoyed the food I ordered - Spicy Asam Beancurd and Mixed Fruits Rojak - , but don't feel like eating there again. The food didn't give me that 'I'll be back' kick.

We came the evening and there were no many options. So we ordered the ramen (really good!) and a kind of porridge (rather tasteless).

Really great - Edit
It was indeed in a hidden corner of the mall, but the food was delicious and the staff kind. Especially liked the lightly fried tofu saté and the pudding dessert, but everything else I had was really great too!

I had a little trouble finding it (it’s on the third floor of a rather dilapidated mall), but I’m so glad I persevered! The staff were very friendly, and the food was outstanding and great value for money.

A little hard to find, but the staff was nice and the food both cheap and really tasty. I can definitely recommend the dragon fruit shake, easily the best shake I have ever had!

Good vegan cafe - Edit
Thanks to the reviews here we easily found a cafe. All food is vegan. The english breakfast and the second one breakfast (don’t remember dish name) were good. Vanilla milkshake was very good, but I couldn’t understand from what it made, not very good communication, but the staff was friendly.

Ok vegan cafe - Edit
They had some nice mochi and pleasantly novel tofu satay. Smoothies were disappointing with little fruit and what seemed to be mostly syrup and soy milk, so much too sweet. Tempura was too oily.
Read moreThe Asam Laksa was really spicy and had a tasty range of ingredients.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the venue clean and tidy, but not so easy to find up in a corner on the 3rd floor. Ask for WiFi access.
Recommend for a moderately priced noodle set meal and the mochi.
Pros: Some tasty vegan dishes
Cons: Smoothies disappointing

Awesome vegan Malay food - Edit
Don't be deterred by the weird, dated, empty mall this restaurant is in. Once you've found it, it's bright and cheerful with helpful staff. There are lots of delicious sounding options, but I went for the Nasi Lemak. So good! Comes with some sides and a dessert. Great value. I only wish I had tried this place sooner on my trip because I don't have time to go back and try all the other amazing-sounding things.

Hidden gem - worth finding - no msg, fully vegan - Edit
Seek Minf Houze out when in Kuala Lumpur. It’s actually rather well situated - opposite The Pavilion, near Bukit Bintang etc. but you do need to venture up to the 3rd floor of a featureless shopping mall (Wisma Cosway) to find this gem.
Read moreOnce inside you’re rewarded with pleasant views, clean interior, truly lovely staff and wonderful, nutritious food.
We tried the more traditional Malaysian dishes - Rajok for a snack and Nasi Lemak and Asam Laksa for mains.
Other dishes we had our eye on (and we intend to return) were: Panmee Soup, Curry Ramen, Sweet & Sour Mushroom Rice, Miso Udon Soup and Hainanese Rice.
It was such a pleasure knowing everything was fully vegan and nutritious. No nasties like MSG or fish sauce to worry about.
Main courses are served as a set so you’ll get fresh fruit and desert included at no extra cost.
Our coleslaw had a fabulous vegan mayonnaise. So creamy. The Coconut Milk desert was also a lovely touch.
Prices were very good and portions generous. We left with full tummies - determined to return and introduce our palates to some other yummy dishes.
Here’s hoping that Minf Houze becomes a destination restaurant/cafe and opens more branches.
More of us deserve healthy vegan meals, right?
Pros: Fully Vegan, Friendly staff, Generous portions
Cons: Located on 3rd floor of featureless Mall

Absolutely delicious - Edit
The miso udon was so delicious. Fried mushrooms side was a nice sized portion and tasty. The banana cupcake was surprisingly so much more flavorful than it looks and the cashier served it to us with chocolate sauce... to die for. I had a peanut mochi on the way out and it was the best mochi I’ve ever had hands down. This place rocks.
Read moreIt is slightly intimidating to find the first time, but once you’re on the third floor of Wisma Cosway you’ll see more than one sign put there by the restaurant guiding you to it

Amazing foods and drinks - Edit
The nasi lemak is really nice and comes as a set menu. There is a little desert included, so nice! I also had a caramel frappe, a real sweet treat. Don't be put off because of the location, go up to 3rd level and enjoy!(entrance next to 7 eleven). I defenitely recommend.. love this fully vegan place.

Most Excellent! - Edit
It is a tiny bit hard to find this place. But just go up to the third floor and follow the signs. The food is reasonably priced from an American perspective. I got a very filling meal and a drink for 7 USD. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the WiFi is fast. It's busy during rushes but service is still fast and it doesn't get all that loud. The place also has a good view of the pavilion. I highly recommend this to any vegans (or non vegans with an appreciation for food) in the area.

Great Vegan Cafe - Edit
Staff quite friendly and helpful. Very empty mall, but yes it does exist. The dishes are served as sets with fruit and dessert. They made some substitutions for my allergies. Tried the Lei Cha and it was good.
