Very friendly staff and great food - Edit
Plenty of options on the menu, great service and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend. The only odd thing is the mall it’s located in but it’s worth the adventure ))

Great Value Vegan Restaurant - Edit
We went a couple of times whilst in KL and satisfied with both visits. It's totally vegan, they have plenty of options, and the prices are good - a lot less than what you would pay in the U.K. The staff are friendly. A couple of other things to mention; the coconut smoothie was excellent and we also bought a few takeaway snack items which turned out to be very good. Minf House is tucked away in a small mall but easy to find, the mall is close to the large 'Pavilion Mall,' and is opposite the Novotel hotel. When you enter the mall, go up the escalators to the third floor and it is well signposted.

Great value, tasty food - Edit
This was very near our hotel (the Ruma). Food was great - delicious, speedy and cheap. We had penang hokkien Meehun soup and hainanese rice. The soup was extremely hot (heat) and I couldn’t eat it for about half an hour!
Read moreYou order at the counter. We took away some cheese tart, pumpkin and purple taro, preferred the taro one.
Pros: Wide choice, including pizza!, Friendly

It was alright - Edit
Cute restaurant on a lonely floor at the mall. They were doing construction next door and maybe the interior was new as well, because it smelled heavily of chemicals of paint and such. The food was alright. They have vegan bubble tea but I didn’t love it. Wouldn’t return, but obviously haven’t tried everything on the menu.

as other reviews say, don’t be put off by this place being hidden in a shopping mall (which especially in the evening looks very shut!)

Hidden place that must be found :) - Edit
It took us a little to find the restaurant. It’s on the upper floor in a quite empty old mall. We almost thought it was closed but then still went upstairs (thanks to their banner at the stairs).
Read moreThe staff is friendly and they have a nice variety. The food was sizzling hot! Very tasty!
The cheesecakes were a little different from what I expected. Maybe it’s the Asian version😄

Yummy vegan Malay food - Edit
It was quite hard to find the restaurant.
Read moreWe were visiting Kuala Lumpur at the beginning of the Chinese new year and most of the shops in that building were closed. But inside the building there is a sign guiding customers to the 3rd floor.
Choosing the dish was quite difficult for me because I would have loved to try everything.
I went for an Assam Laksa. It was very delicious.
Give this restaurant a try when you’re in Kuala Lumpur.
Pros: Selection of dishes, Low prices
Cons: A bit hidden

Great option - Edit
This place is a good option to ease into Kuala Lumpur and Malay food, before heading to the hawkers of the city. At least that's what we did on our first day there. Prices are fine, huge menu. I had the laksa which was good. Check for the spice levels before ordering though😉

A good option - Edit
Portions are big, service is good and food is quite nice. Had the Nasi Lemak which was nice, home style ramen which was good and vegan chicken nuggets which were nice. However it’s a bit awkward to find

Delicious!! - Edit
Took us a while to find it (third floor of a shopping centre that looked deserted) but once we’ve placed our order, boy were we glad we found it! Ramen, green curry, fried tofu, satay pieces … cooked to perfection! To bad they close at 20:30 so we had 35-40 min to finish a few dishes but it was a great culinary experience! #Veganuary

okay - Edit
I was expecting this to be really good based on all the reviews on this site. the curry ramen was incredible, just a bit too spicy for me but still really good. the sweet and sour golden tofu had an odd flavour that I didn't enjoy. the healthy dry pan mee was okay but tasted very strongly of sesame oil which I am not a fan of but would be an okay choice if you do. so overall, nothing special apart from the curry ramen.

So disappointing - Edit
It's really sad cause my heart beats for those who serve strictly plant based (should be considered normal!) kitchen. We were there yesterday and had a mango smoothie which was great, coconut milk based, just not really had mango inside. The asam laksa did not at all like on the pictures everything was thrown together.
Read moreOk.
Today's delivery was a disappointment: Cesar salad with apple inside tiniest portion and I don't know what flavour it's supposed to be, the worst I ever had. Please don't offer this to clients.
The Kimchi Ramen I Really looked forward to had a soup base of a ketchup taste mixed with chili, lacked completely in flavour ( so also the laksa, it was just spicy!!) Had a few stripes of cabbage, a tiny cube of Tufo and clearly NO Kimchi ( taste)Here was nothing fermented, yet, fresh?
I don't know what going on, the service was super friendly but, the food, I don't know who wrote the reviews but I am writing this as a foodie who doesn't want you to be so disappointed 😞

Such a cute cafe!! - Edit
I really loved dining here and thoroughly enjoyed my overall dining experience! I was recommended this place (shout out to @mangostickyrice for the recommendation). Everyone welcomed you in and greeted you upon arrival, and you’re given the menu and a sheet on which you write your order before placing your order and paying at the register. I ordered something off their new menu and had their pizza along with fries, a caramel boba, and a moon cake dessert with durian paste. To say I was STUFFED at the end of my meal would be an understatement. The pizza was delicious, and I would definitely order it again! There’s a reason this place is highly rated, and after dining here, I completely understand why! It was a bit of an adventure getting there, but it was very well worth it 😍 #Veganuary

Nice vegan restaurant - Edit
We had Nasi lemak, Caesar salad, juice and chocolate drink.
Read moreThe Nasi lemak and the chocolate drink were great.
As another reviewer pointed out, there are few choices of greens. We decided to order the Caesar salad. The dressing is not really Caesar but the commonly encountered pre-packaged vegan mayo dressing with a lot of sugar, and nothing relates to Caesar at all.
Pros: All vegan, easy to order
Cons: Mostly carb and deep fried food. , Salad options can be improved.

Gentle place with varied menu - Edit
Minf Houze is a sweet find, with kind and helpful staff and enough variety on the menu to please most people. They specialize in vegan versions of popular dishes from Malaysia’s various cultural influences: Malay, Chinese, nonya, and SE Asia more broadly.
Read moreThe nasi lemak here is probably the healthiest version I’ve ever had, and with pretty good flavor (though not as intense as some might like it). The boba tea is very good, and the vegan cheesecake is OK.

Enjoy!

I had the nasi lemak rendang which was very good. The sambal and rice were delicious, but I found the curry to be a little watery. I also had the nyonya style glutinous rice dumpling, which was quite tasty but a little dry.
