I had the strawberry milkshake and pancakes and they were both so so good. Exactly the kind of thing I was looking to eat on my trip to Canada. I had some fries as well which were also really good!

I really liked it and will definitely return! The food is tasty, and the staff is super helpful and courteous. I especially enjoyed the Stewart's and the "dinner" feel with the music and decor.

Meilleur resto vegan de Montréal selon moi!! Le service est impécable et la bouffe est tellement bonne. Juste assez de saveurs, de textures et de gouts. BIG burger, poutine et milkshake sont les meilleurs du menu!

i was just saying the other day how i wished i could just go somewhere and order a philly cheesesteak, so when i saw it on the menu, i HAD to order. it was delicious! way better than i had expected! the fries were really good too. my boyfriend got the club sandwich and he said it was the best vegan sandwich he’s ever had. i also got the oreo milkshake which was delicious. my bf got a cookie which was meh. it was def overcooked which kind of ruined it, but u can tell it would’ve been rlly good if it wasn’t a lil burnt. i’m really happy with this place!

I've been eating here for a while, big fan of their fries. Burgers are good too. Last night I tried their new menu items, the club sandwich and the shiitake burger. Club sandwich was good but lacking lettuce, shiitake burger was pretty good, a touch salty maybe, but pretty good. I'd probably order both of these again.

I don’t know if it’s my fav burger spot yet as I haven’t tried that many places but it’s a solid one! The fries are really really good and usually they put a lot of them. I’ve tried two burgers : the burger BIG and the cheeseburger. The burger BIG was ok but lacked flavor but the cheeseburger is really a well made and flavorful classic. They make their own patty which is so good, with nuts and lentils I think?
Read moreI’ve also tried the croquettes Jones (breaded tofu nuggets) which were good! And a milkshake which I didn’t really like… but it was a year ago and I don’t remember the flavor I took so I wanna give it another try.
The staff is very friendly and here to help you and explain the menu, showing you their personal faves. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu.

Beau, quantité intéressante. Bon service et bel endroit. Niveau goût ce n’étais pas top. Trop vinaigrer. Un burger froid, fromage clairement de daya qui goûte le plastique. J’ai aimer la salade et le milkshake. Je pense sa du potentiel mais très coûteux pour résultat moyen.

I didn't expect much, but it was the only vegan place I could find that would do delivery this late as I was starting a very long night of writing my thesis. I ordered a Mimi burger, a ceasar salad and some fries. The order came quickly and was still warm. First off, the fries portion was HUGE and they were crispy and delicious. The burger was big, the taste could have been bolder or with something to make it more original, but overall it was good and filling. Interestingly, it's the salad that really knocked my socks off. I hesitated at first because I've often had kale salads in the past where there's barely enough sauce to get through the first layer, and then you end up munching raw, bare kale for days, but this was not it. An explosion of flavor with the capers and garlicky sauce, and crunchy chickpeas. I don't know how, but these guys make kale taste addictive.

I had a burger with fries, my son had the nuggets, we shared a cookie. As stated in the title, everything was really delicious, except for the burger. It’s a personal preference thing, but I’m not a huge fan of those crumbly vegan patties. The service, on the other hand, was wonderful!

This place is super cute and has a great vibe. It does what it does really well, which is fries, burgers, shakes and other 1950s-style standard American diet fare. They also have a weekend brunch menu.

Excellente alternative entièrement vegan au diner american classique qui ne propose généralement que quelques options vegan. J'ai testé le cheeseburger (10$), pas très gros mais bien réalisé. Le "steak" était fait à base de lentilles, j'ai trouvé ça très original et bien pensé pour les saveurs classiques de ce burger. J'ai également commandé une assiette de frites (4,50$) : elles sont excellentes, et l'assiette est vraiment énorme.
Read morePour finir, ma copie et moi avons partagé un milkshake oréo (9,75$). Nous avons été un peu déçues, peut-être parce que pour un milkshake à 10$ nous nous attendions à quelque chose de vraiment bon. Nous avons toutes les deux trouvé que celui-là était ok, mais pas non plus spectaculaire (il était néanmoins très beau à voir).
J'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance diner américain. Par contre, attention au nombre de places assises très limitées : il y a une seule table (4 personnes), le reste des sièges est au "bar". Le serveur était super sympa. Manque de chance, il y au un loupé sur le chauffage lors de notre visite au mois de novembre alors on a eu pas mal froid... Mais globalement, c'était une bonne expérience, on reviendra probablement si on repasse dans le coin!

Happy to have found another fully vegan resto - really nice diner vibe albeit a bit small with not too many seats. Service was friendly but we were there on a Friday night and it was a bit slow due to many Uber Eats and takeout orders. Worth the wait though, large portions and very tasty. Will definitely be back!

5 stars for less bulk carbs and more taste and the prices are steep if you’re not a techie or film star. I ordered at counter and ate there. Very warm day, very hot inside. Very happy to find a vegan diner though! Maybe I should have ordered a milkshake but I ran out of $$ with the nugget platter I chose.

They offer options that can't be found elsewhere, such as a philly cheesesteak sandwich and a delicious cheesecake milkshake. I highly recommend you go in person, the portions seem to be more generous and it's better when it's freshly made. Dishes are beautiful and flavourful. The fries taste like the ones from McD's which I'm a big fan of (but don't eat there anymore obviously) and meals come with an obscene amount of fries. The ambiance of the restaurant is also very nice and staff is friendly.

The vegan cheese they use (Chao) is probably the best out there (still very starchy, but you know the struggle).
I love the interior design and how their telephone is literally a red vintage, wall-mounted with cord.
But Maynard's is better lol.
