Amazing vibe, great sandwiches! - Edit
Such a fun, quirky, queer-friendly, vegan-friendly spot. I got a sandwich (can’t remember which one - maybe a BLT?) and it hit the spot. They have a decently large selection of vegan sandwiches for a mid-size coffee shop in a neighborhood area without many similar options. I will be coming back!

Lots of vegan options! - Edit
We were really impressed with Milk SF! So many vegan options and everything is labeled. Prices are pretty reasonable for San Fransisco. Definitely recommend it!

Great staff & Good Coffee - Edit
The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I also loved the atmosphere that they help create at the cafe. I tried an iced tea and the cotton candy latte. Personally, I do like my latte a bit sweeter but that's my own taste, if I go again I will ask for more syrup. I also had the vegan Kelso sandwhich which was very yummy and I loved the fresh pickles that were on it. I would (and did) visit again. Queer Friends & Ally's, Check it out!

Cons: Coffee could be a bit sweeter (my opinion)
