A little gem - Edit
Found this gem whilst on holiday. Lovely, friendly plant-based cafe with delicious healthy smoothies, breakfasts, snacks, cakes and coffee. So good we went back for breakfast again the next day. Overnight oats and french toast amazing. Open 7 days too. Just a shame they offer dairy milk.

Perfect for breakfast - Edit
Just a perfect place for breakfast, I am staying at Poole harbour but literally 7 mins drive away l. There are such delicious options. I had toasted banana bread which gorgeousness a top and a smoothie. I ate in, this is bar style but there is also outside seating. The staff are lovely.

What a gem - Edit
So happy to stumble across the gem of a place as its so rare to find a plant based place which is also entirely gluten free, I wanted to eat the whole menu! In the end I settled for the loaded toast and it was so good that my partner and I returned a couple of days later. Great seleciton of drinks and produce for sale along with an array of cakes. The staff were all so super friendly. Seating available both inside and outside. Hope to visit again one day.

Sadly not 100% vegan 😢 - Edit
Everything about this place was amazing, apart from they have COW milk available to customers who want "normal" (ised) milk. Such a shame that this place isn't 100% vegan 😢 If it changed it's "normal" milk to gluten free oat milk (for example) it would be the perfect place.
Read morePros: Beautifully presented, delicious, healthy food, Good service, Good coffee, complete with latte art!
Cons: They offer cow milk! 😱, They referred to cow milk as "normal", Can't give 5 stars to a place that offers cow milk

Great Breakfast - Edit
Was recently staying in Poole and on the first morning of our stay my wife asked me to go get her a coffee and something for breakfast, what would you like I asked her, surprise me she said. So I found Miiko on the Happy Cow app and came away with a granola bowl and also a peaches and (coconut) cream bowl, my wife upon seeing what I had brought back went “wow” and then tucked in! The following morning my wife said “can we go to that cafe?” Not only did we have breakfast there but we also purchased a number of items for us to have a picnic lunch on the beach!

This place is fantastic - great food for any time of day, hot & cold drinks, and 'afters'. Superb staff and a great location make Miiko a easy choice for a quick bite or long chilled out relax-a-thon. 😍🌱

Good food but so much packaging - Edit
Appears to a popular 'hipster' joint to grab a vegan take-out snack. As such, everything is geared towards taking away so pretty much everything is pre-packaged. Packaging looks to be bio-degradable, but if eating in I don't want tea in a throw away cup with lid and to be eating a wrap out of a disposable tub.
Read morePros: Good, wholesomefood, Staff very friendly and approachable, Nice ambience
Cons: Nearly everything comes in disposable packaging, Off the beaten track, A little pricey

Healthful foods - Edit
The elixirs here are great, would recommend dining in as they are beautifully presented, it almost seems a shame to have them just popped in a takeout cup. Nice environment with trinkets, crystals etc able for purchase.

Delicious vegan lunch - Edit
Hooray for Happy Cow as we’d have been unlikely to find this lovely place otherwise as it is a little tucked away! Travelling down to Dorset we looked for somewhere to stop for lunch and were very pleased with our choice - lovely fresh tasty vegan salad bowl and fresh vegetable juice all ready in the fridge so it was very quick to eat and be on our way. We sat outside in the sunshine, and took some vegan sweet treats with us for later. Very friendly staff. Recommended.
