Delicious empanadas! - Edit
A few options but they were phenomenal! I highly recommend this place. Fair prices as well. Pre warning… we ate there and when we left our clothes smelled like oil.

They typically have 3 available vegan empanadas. They are usually like sweet potato bean, spinach, and squash and 1-2 vegetarian empanadas. they are lovely tasting.

They had three very delicious empanada fillings when we went: butternut squash, spinach, and sweet potato. All were excellent and the flakey pastry dough was perfection.

i’m not huge on empanadas but these are fantastic ! three great vegan options and a few vegan sauces as well. i believe they have a few other non-empanada vegan dishes as well

When I was there they had 2 vegan options: squash and spinach. Both were delicious! Crunchy on the outside and creamy inside! I wasn't very hungry, so two empanadas were fine for me. For a full meal, I'd rather recommend 3-4 pieces.

Portions are a little small for my big stomach, so it can get pricey trying to have a full meal here. I appreciate that there are always several vegan options to choose from (well, really, to ask for one of each).

They had 3 solid vegan options: spinach, humita (squash) and sweet potato & black bean. All of them were really good. My partner liked the humita best but I preferred the sweet potato & black bean and the spinach. I recommend the chili sauce in addition to the chimichurri.

Delicious! 4 seats inside the shop. A couple tables outside. 4 vegan options. They offered to warm it up which was very nice as we were eating it on the go. Fair price.

Incredibly delicious vegan empanadas - Edit
I wouldn’t come here to write a review and try to get Mi Empanada on here if their food weren’t as delicious as it is!!! The humita vegan and spinach vegan empanadas are bursting with flavor! Their sweet potato black bean empanada is also delicious, but I am not as great a fan of black beans. Their vegan humita bisque is delicious too!
