Great Mediterranean bowls! - Edit
Came here with my dad while touring NC State and made my owl bowl! I made one with brown rice, mixed greens, falafel, purple cabbage, beet hummus, caramelized eggplant, roasted veggies, and it came with a pita on the side. Wish I lived near because I would definitely return!
