El Trio coffee shop by day - Edit
This little hole in the wall features a coffee shop by day, and is the brewery Mexca Brew Co. by night. Daytime menu has 6 burritos and 2 sandwich choices that accompany their coffees & teas menu. The gentleman behind the counter was eager to make my burrito vegan with refried beans, potatoes, poblaños, avocado, onion, spinach, and tomatoes. He filled my water bottle so I didn't have to purchase a bottle, albeit, only $1. A Styrofoam togo box was cut in half for us to use as plates along with plastic silverware. The burrito was enough for the two of us @ $9.
