Fantastic Find

Can't recommend Meskad enough! We found it quite difficult to find places with even vegetarian options in Brittany, let alone vegan, but Meskad was a revelation. Veggie options aren't an afterthought here and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff were so friendly and you can tell they really care about the provenance of their produce - the waiter talked us through all the local beers they had in offer and the one we tried was delicious, as well as the local cidre. We visited in the evening and tried some tapas dishes to share, all of which were beautiful and we were served complimentary homemade bread which was a lovely touch. We ate Baba ganoush with crudités, quinoa and celeriac salad, creamy tomato gnocchi and mushroom risotto. Each dish was really tasty but the gnocchi was mind-blowing! The lunch menu looks delicious too and really good value. A must-visit restaurant in Dinan!
