Dont trust the “vegan” aioli - Edit
We got confirmation from the chef at the “vegan” aïoli, does indeed have dairy. Not sure if they know what vegan means.

Pleasantly surprised - Edit
After my omni sister raved to me about the cauliflower pastor tacos here I had to check them out. There was a flight of guac available which was really tasty, and I got the vegan burrito bowl. It was well seasoned and the cheeze was pretty good as well. There were four different choices of taco, which I'll have to go back and try the others at some point. Drinks were phenomenal. The only thing that could have been better was that there were no vegan dessert options, which was sad considering they were touting this massive unicorn themed milkshake that had some wild stuff stacked up on it. It would've been neat to see a vegan version of it. Definitely a good option to keep in mind.
