Creative Vegan Cafe Selections

Mercado has a selection of vegan options that don't require alterations with some others that do.
I ordered the Avocado Beet Hash Brown Toast. It was good, but I preferred the "Shroom" Sandwich I got the last time made with roasted cremini mushrooms, arugula, roasted red peppers, cashew butter on ciabatta.

Pros: Multiple Vegan Options, Cheery environment

Cons: No private parking lot
