I go there almost every day and it’s fine.
There are full dishes upstairs (usually 1 option with fish/meat, 1 vegetarian option 🥕, and 1 vegan option 🌻)
The options are labeled, but only on the screens, not directly at the counter, so you have to know how the food looks like, or ask the staff. Be aware that the sunflower 🌻 stands for vegan and the carrot 🥕 for vegetarian! Usually there is also some vegan side dishes and desserts (e.g. alpro soy dessert). Also the same labeling problem there.

Downstairs there is a buffet with wraps, salads, and also some warm dishes (pasta, Auflauf). There is also fries and sausages.
Lately they even have vegan sausages. Unfortunately the vegan labeling downstairs is poor, so better practice the allergens for milk, eggs, etc. before! Also, oftentimes there is not even a vegan dip to put on the wraps/salad.😒

Pros: There is always at least one vegan option!, Very cheap, Quick and close to my workplace

Cons: Vegan labeling not clear sometimes, Salad bar downstairs has no labeling at all, The food is not great, actually, but ok.

Good to average food - Edit

Great if you quickly want affordable simple vegan food. With the menu are 3 sides (also dessert) included. I'm usually quite happy with the quality (It is canteen food after all, so don't have too high expectations).
It's usually easy just to take the vegan dish than trying to find vegan food at the buffet downstairs.
They always have a different vegan option than the other Mensa.
