Personalized service! - Edit
We came here for dinner (with our young son aged 5). The chef was very thoughtful and considerate with everything and even made a kid-friendly custom dish for my son free of charge! Thank you! The noodles were delicious, atmosphere cozy and it made for a unique dining experience we'll remember. Now that we are home we are going to look for more ramen restaurants.

Takes me back to Japan - Edit
The restaurant takes me back to my travels in Japan, only in a vegan way! So happy as it’s hard to find vegan ramen! And he even serves gluten free ramen (only by reservation). I took menu 3 starter lover, basically you get every starter on the menu! And after the ramen. So tasty! And has great sake!!!

Rembrandt of ramen - Edit
The chef's vision of a vegan restaurant so good that carnivores will savor the meal is executed flawlessly. From the first appetizer to the last drop of ramen sauce each bite is deeply satisfying. The handmade noodles add depth to the intensity of the experience and foreshadow the joy you feel at the end of the bowl from the first bite. Although I love the heat of chili peppers the black garlic sauce without chili was delicious without being spicy.

Incredible Ramen! - Edit
We ate at Men Impossible on a recent trip to Amsterdam. You need to book for dinner at this small, single-handed restaurant run by the amazing Atsushi.
Read moreYou are welcomed with a free complimentary drink of your choice and then you order your food based on a point system.
We ate the gorgeous hot noodles and the cold noodle dish served with delicious mushroom soup.
The restaurant is stylish and understated at the same time and Atsushi is just a powerhouse of dedication to great plant based food.
Pros: central location, huge portions, delicious food
Cons: more time between starter and main

Amazing noodles - Edit
Really special place. Tiny - one big table - and very limited menu, especially at lunchtime, but what they do they do brilliantly.
Read moreThere was a choice of 3 ramen dishes (black garlic sauce, chilli oil or super spicy) with green tea and miso soup. We tried the black garlic and super spicy options, both really delicious. Ramen noodles freshly made with all kinds of delicious, umami flavours. The super spicy wasn't all that hot if you like spicey food, but really yummy!
Would like to go back in the evening when there are a few more options
Pros: superb freshly made ramen

Amazing well priced japaneese concept restaurant! - Edit
I was so happy to find this concept restaurant right in the center of Amsterdam. For 25 Euros for dinner and 17 Euros for lunch you can have a 3 course Japaneese Raman noodle vegan menu with drinks included. You need to phone and to reserve a table as the owner is the only staff member so that he can accomodate you but I called with 30 minutes notice on a Friday evening and it was fine. If you are in Amsterdam yoi really need to try this place!

Amazing restaurant. - Edit
We came here for a lunch on the last day of our trip. The food was the best we had in Amsterdam so we came back for a dinner as well!
Read moreThere are only few options in the menu but don't let it bother you as the ramen is one of the best vegan ramens you can find anywhere (even in Japan).
The dish is quite different from a regular ramen so come open minded.
Both me and my wife could'nt decide if the dinner ramen was better than the lunch one as both dishes were very unique and full of flavours.
The place itself is clean and nicely decorated with one big table for all the guests to share which we liked but might not be everyone's cup of tea.
We made a reservation through the restaurant Facebook page as its only open at particular hours.
Pros: unique atmosphere, hand made noodles, reasonably p

Simple but amazingly good - Edit
I stopped here for lunch while wandering through Amsterdam after seeing it on Happycow. The place was empty so I got to chat a bit with the owner who was incredibly nice. Apparently he started doing lunch only very recently and was even surprised that I had heard of the place. What I can say for sure though, is that stopping here was more than worth it. The lunch menu is different than the dinner menu. It consists of two choices. Either ramen noodles cooked with (black) garlic oil or (red) chili oil. I chose the black garlic oil, which was amazing. It was served with various vegetables and mushrooms, not in a soup as is usually done with ramen, and as is done in the evening, but more like a traditional pasta dish. I was also given a bit of miso soup on the side. I can really recommend this place. The owner is nice and the food is great and affordable.

3 Soups(tomato, spicy tomato, creamy mashroom) were all unusual flavors for ramen, but all very tasty. Spelt wavy noodles were also very good.

Extremely tasty food & cosy atmosphere - Edit
Sweet ramen joint with one set menu. The venue is quite unique, it feels more like someone's living room than a restaurant. There's one long table so you all sit together which feels super friendly and relaxed. You have to book before you arrive and it seems to fill up really quickly, so make sure you're organised about coming here! There's a set menu of starter and ramen but you can choose between two different soups to go with your noodles. The food is just absolutely excellent, so many subtle but complicated tastes, deliciously chewy noodles and the perfect portion size. I would say it's one of the best ramen I've ever had. I really hope they expand their menu a little in future and they could do with having some more help when it starts to get busy but really a lovely, interesting and delicious place. Recommend!

Great vegan ramen @ lovely restaurant, very friendly! - Edit
Lovely restaurant, having just one big table of maximum 19 people, basically next to the kitchen! The fixed starter vegan yakitori was really yummy! The vegan ramen were very good, we had the mushroom soup variant, which was a delicious combination, especially after adding the black garlic oil halfway eating the dish. Very friendly owner/cook/waiter, all-in-one :)
